The SIU School of Medicine Civil Service Council cordially invites all Council members to attend the 9th Annual Council of Councils Retreat on Friday, October 6, 2006. The morning sessions will take place in the Wedeberg Conference Center at Memorial Medical Center located just across the street from the School of Medicine. The afternoon sessions will be held in the South Auditorium at the School of Medicine. You may park in the Memorial Medical Center’s visitor lots or on the SIU School of Medicine parking lots.    If you’re planning an overnight stay in Springfield on Thursday, October 5, you don’t have to dine alone! Please plan to join the SIU Civil Service Council for a very informal dinner at Mariah’s Restaurant at 7:00 p.m. Mariah’s Restaurant is located on the southwest side of Springfield at 3317 Robbins Road. We have secured a small private room so we’ll have a great opportunity to share and get to know each other.
