Research Interests: Antitumor immune response.
Wear of orthopaedic implants, including systemic release of wear debris.
Development of novel nanocoatings to reduce in vivo wear of orthopaedic implants.
Techniques and Methodologies: standard molecular biology and immunology techniques, including RNA and DNA isolation, cloning, cDNA library construction, immumoblots, Northern blots, cell culture, ELISA, proliferation assays, cytotoxicity assays

Equipment:

Thermocycler, gel electrophoresis equipment, shaker incubator, cell culture biohood and incubator, -80 degree freezer, sonicator
