The Patent and Copyright Committee (P & CC), appointed by the Dean and Provost of the School of Medicine, exists to review and make recommendations for the disposition of intellectual property. The P & CC meets several times a year to also discuss and make determinations on the approval process, policy issues, support strategies and licensing activities performed and followed by the Office of Technology Transfer.
