The HOSTS (Helping Our Students To Succeed) program matches SOM alumni volunteers across the country with SOM 4th year medical students in need of complimentary overnight accommodations while conducting their residency interviews. Residency travel dates will occur during the months of September-January. The program fosters mentoring relationships between the SOM students and alumni. If you are interested in participating in the HOSTS program, please choose the appropriate form below.
If you are interested in being a HOSTS volunteer, please complete the ALUMNI PROFILE FORM. You may share unique attributes of your household in the “Comments” section.
If you are interested in participating in the HOSTS program, please complete the on-line STUDENT REGISTRATION FORM with the details of your residency interviews. Registration forms should be received at least two weeks prior to your travel date.
