Nora Klinger, MPH
Nora Klinger, MPH is a Researcher II with the clinical trials office of the SIU School of Medicine SimmonsCooper Cancer Institute. She came to us from Memorial Health System where she served as an Infection Control Intern. Nora was a Senior Environmental Health Inspector for the Sangamon County Department of Public Health prior to beginning the internship position.
Nora received her Master of Public Health degree from University of Illinois at Springfield during which she served as a Graduate Public Service Intern for the Illinois Department of Public Health, where she completed her undergraduate internship as well. She received a B.S. from Illinois State University where she majored in Environmental Health.
The SimmonsCooper Cancer Institute participates in multiple clinical trials which are designed to test various methods of prevention, screening, diagnosis and treatment of cancer. Nora works with the regulatory aspects of the office as well as updating and preparing information for the documentation of clinical trials.
