Why is this study being done?

The purpose of this study is to determine wound healing rate and donor site morbidity in patients who receive skin grafting via the XPANSION® Micrografting System.

Who is eligible to participate?

Adults 18 years of age or older who present with an injury or wound requiring skin grafting (as determined by treating surgeon).

What is involved?

Participants will receive skin grafting prepared with the XPANSION® Micrografting System instead of a traditional skin graft and will return for weekly follow up appointments until the skin grafted site is healed.

How long is the study?

The study lasts for the amount of time taken to heal the wound site, typically around one month.
