SIU Family Medicine Residency Program

The Family Medicine Residency Program is accredited by the American Osteopathic Association (AOA), the American Medical Association (AMA), and the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME).

In order to qualify for the international medical graduate program at the SIU Family Medicine Residency Program of Carbondale the following criteria must be met:

One year of clinical experience needed in the US.
79 or better on USMLE scores required.
Must have graduated within the last 5 years.
