Advance registration is required. Registration is available by clicking here. Registrants will receive confirmation of symposium registration by email.

Registration fees

• • Early bird - US $1050 through March 1, 2012
• • Regular - US $1250 after March 1, 2012
          - On-site - US $1450
• • Early bird, students - US $300 through March 1, 2012
• • Regular, students - US $400 after March 1, 2012
          - On-site - US $450

Registration fee includes:
• Access to all the scientific sessions
• Access to the welcome reception
• Access to the poster session
• Coffee breaks and light lunches
• Abstract book and abstract supplement

Cancellation

To receive a full refund, you must cancel by February 8, 2012
Cancellations received between February 9 and March 8, 2012 will be subject to a US $200. penalty. No refund will be given for cancellations received after March 8, 2012.

Conference registration will be open at the City Conference Centre on:
Wednesday, May 9, 14:00 – 18:00
Thursday, May 10, 07:30 – 17:30
Friday, May 11, 08:00 – 17:30
Saturday, May 12, 08:00 – 12:00
Upon arrival, all participants should check in at the registration desk to receive symposium documents and identification badges.
