Policy on Conflict of Interest and Conflict of Commitment

SIU School of Medicine has maintained a Conflict of Interest / Conflict of Commitment policy for a number of years and on September of 2010 made revisions to the Policy. The most current version of the Policy can be found at the link noted below. In addition to the Policy, an intranet link is also provided below which directs SOM employees and learners to a site where COI/C reporting criteria, instructions, and forms can be found.
