Learn the anatomic and physiologic principles that maintain healthy gut wall, lumen, and nervous system.

Learn culinary techniques and practice recipes that can be used to support a healthy gut, including:

  • How to use familiar botanicals and herbs
  • How and why to ferment foods
  • Sources of foods that contain the micro- and macronutrients that support digestive function.
