Ricardo Loret de Mola, MD is the Chairman of the Department of Obstetrics & Gynecology and Director of the SIU Fertility & IVF Center and specializes in female infertility. He has dedicated his life to helping couples achieve the dream of having a child and has done so with great success. In 2009, SIU's state of the art facility opened in Springfield, Illinois in hopes of helping even more couples who have trouble conceiving. Tobias Köhler, MD is the Chief of the Division of Male Infertility/Urology in the Department of Surgery. He specializes in the treatment of male infertility, erectile and sexual dysfunction, and BPH (enlarged prostate). An Assistant Professor in the Department of Surgery, Dr. Köhler also sees patients at our Fertility and IVF Center located at 751 North Rutledge in Springfield.

|Marybeth Gerrity, PhD, MBA - Marybeth received her PhD in Pharmacology, Physiology and Reproductive Biology from New York Medical College. She has an extensive background in Embryology, Clinical in Vitro Fertilization, Endocrinology, Andrology, and Cryobiology. She is a certified High Complexity Clinical Laboratory Director, and brings over 31 years of clinical laboratory experience to SIU.|

James Kontio, BA is the embryology laboratory supervisor and senior embryologist at SIU. Previously, he was IVF laboratory director for Fertility Unlimited Ohio and served as IVF manager and technical director of the in vitro fertilization service at Akron City Hospital. James received graduate training in reproductive physiology at Michigan State University and earned his bachelor's degree at Adrian College in 1983. He has been with SIU since 2008.
Sara Zellers, RN is a Registered Nurse and has been in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at SIU since 2004. She received her Nursing Degree from Lincoln Land Community College in 2002 and has been a Certified Bone Technologist since December 2007. She has also worked at the Departments of Neurology and Orthopedics at Memorial Medical Center. She has been a member of ISCD since 2007 and ASRM since 2009.
Tara Dillard, RN Tara received her RN at Graham School of Nursing. She has been with SIU since 2013.

|Patricia Fank, Psy D is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychiatry. She has a special interest in Psychosocial Oncolgy, Fertility, Bariatrics, and Health Psychology. She completed her Clinical Psychology degree at the Chicago School of Professional Psychology.|
|Becky Termine, RN, BSN, CDE - Becky received her Associate’s Degree in Nursing from Lincolnland Community College and her Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from Benedictine University. She has worked in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology for 10 years, and is currently a member of the American Association of Diabetes Educators. Because of her experience in OB/GYN, she has the ability to assist women with any type of insulin resistance and get the monitoring and treatment they need to help ensure a healthy pregnancy. This is a benefit to women with PCOS or Diabetes Mellitus who are trying to become pregnant.|
|Daniel Groepper, CGC - Daniel is a board certified Genetic Counselor, who received his Master’s degree in Genetic Counseling at the University of Minnesota. His clinical interests include prenatal testing and diagnosis of genetic conditions as well as family history analysis. Daniel is utilizing SIU Healthcare’s innovative Telemedicine program to consult with our patients.|
|Holly Grider has a Bachelors Degree in Radiological Sciences with a specialization in Ultrasound from Southern Illinois University in Carbondale. She has been a registered sonographer since her graduation in 2006 and has ARDMS certifications in Abdomen and OB/GYN. Holly has been with SIU since May of 2010.|

|Nathan McGee - He received his BS in Biochemistry from SIUE in 2009. He started at SIU-SOM in 2009, and transferred to REI in March 2014. He is member of AAB and the College of Reproductive Biology.|
|Laura Rogers, MT(ASCP), MPH - She received her Bachelors of Science in Medical Technology from Illinois State University in 1992, and her Masters of Public Health degree from University of Illinois at Springfield in 2009. She has been with SIU for over 3 years. She is a member of AAB, College of Reproductive Biology, and ASCP.|
