	Mary McAsey, PhD, HCLD, ELD (ABB) Laboratory Director
	James Kontio, BS Embryology Lab Coordinator James is the embryology laboratory supervisor and senior embryologist at SIU. Previously, he was IVF laboratory director for Fertility Unlimited Ohio and served as IVF manager and technical director of the in vitro fertilization service at Akron City Hospital. James received graduate training in reproductive physiology at Michigan State University and earned his bachelor’s degree at Adrian College in 1983. He has been with SIU since 2008.
	Vicky Gindlesperger, BA Embryology Lab Specialist Vicky is a senior embryologist. Previously, she was fertility laboratory supervisor with Reproductive Medicine Associates of Texas and laboratory supervisor/senior clinical embryologist at University-McDonald Women’s Hospital and senior embryologist with the LIFE program at Mt. Sinai Medical Center. Vicky earned her bachelor’s degree at the Case Western Reserve University in 1969. She had been with SIU since 2009.
	Mary Knox, APN Certified Nurse Practitioner Mary is a nurse practitioner in the Division of Urology. She specializes in the treatment of men and women with sexual dysfunction and works in collaboration with Dr. Kohler. Prior to joining Southern Illinois University, Mary earned a Bachelor of Arts in American Studies at DePaul University in Chicago, Illinois. She received her Master of Science in Nursing degree at the University of Illinois at Chicago in May 2009 and is board-certified by the ANCC as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
	Sara Zellers, RN Fertility Nurse / Charge Nurse Sara is a Registered Nurse and has been in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at SIU since 2004. She received her Nursing Degree from Lincoln Land Community College in 2002 and has been a Certified Bone Technologist since December 2007. She has also worked at the Departments of Neurology and Orthopedics at Memorial Medical Center. She has been a member of ISCD since 2007 and ASRM since 2009.
	Nancy Moore, RN IVF Nurse Nancy is a Registered Nurse for SIU Obstetrics and Gynecology. She earned her Associates Degree in Nursing in 1990 from Lincoln Land Community College and has been with SIU since 2003.
	Sally Muchow, RN Fertility Nurse Sally is a Registered Nurse for SIU Obstetrics and Gynecology. She completed her Associates Degree in Nursing through Lincoln Land Community College. She has worked previously as a cardiology charge nurse, a renal/urology charge nurse, and a hematology/oncology nurse. She is ACLS trained and has been with SIU since 2007.
	Becky Fitzwater Medical Assistant Becky is a Medical Assistant and has been with the department of Obstetrics and Gynecology since 2009. She graduated from Midwest Technical Institute in May of 2009 and completed her certification in August of 2009.
	Erin Paris, M.S., R.D., C.D.C., C.L.C Dietitian Erin is a Registered, Licensed Dietitian with experience in multiple large tertiary care medical centers. She has worked on specialized medical teams preforming nutrition assessment and critical care nutrition support while in Chicago,IL, then moving to Springfield to join the Southern Illinois University School of Medicine in 2003. Credentials include: Masters in Counseling, Board Certified Advanced Diabetes Management, Certified Diabetes Educator, Certified Lactation Counselor, and Certificate in Adult Weight Loss. Areas of specialty interest: maternal nutrition, diabetes, reproductive endocrinology, disorderd eating, weight loss and lactation.
	Jim Sullivan, M.Ac., L.Ac. Acupuncturist Jim holds a master's degree in acupuncture and oriental medicine from the Northwest Institute of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NIAOM). He has been an adjunct faculty member at SIU School of Medicine in Springfield.
	Ellen Thomas Genetic Counselor Ellen is a genetic counselor who joined the faculty of SIU School of Medicine in February 2007. Ellen received her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Missouri-St. Louis. She obtained her Master of Science degree in Genetic Counseling from Indiana University School of Medicine in Indianapolis, Indiana. She has a broad range of experience in genetics. Ellen had worked as a cytogenetic technologist for several years prior to becoming a genetic counselor. She also has experience in public health genetics, having served as a program consultant to the Indiana State Department of Health’s Genomics Program. She has experience providing pediatric, prenatal, and cancer genetic counseling.
	Heather Glessner Genetic Counselor Heather is a genetic counselor on staff with SIU School of Medicine, having joined their faculty in October of 2008. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Genetics with a minor in Psychology from Iowa State University and earned her Master of Science degree in Genetic Counseling from the University of Minnesota. Heather has well-rounded experience in genetic counseling and currently provides prenatal, pediatric, and cancer genetic counseling services. She is a member of the National Society of Genetic Counselors and is board eligible for certification by the American Board of Genetic Counseling.
	Krissey Greene, BS, RDMS, RVT Sonographer Krissey graduated from Southern Illinois University with a Bachelors degree in Radiological Sciences with a specialization in Ultrasound. She currently is ARDMS certified in Abdomen, OB/GYN, and Vascular Technology. She has also been credentialed by NTQR in Nuchal Translucency Screening. Krissey is the Ultrasound and Maternal-Fetal Medicine Coordinator for SIU School of Medicine Department of Obstetrics & Gynecology. She has been with SIU since 2004.
	Becky Clinton, RDMS Sonographer Becky graduated from Blessing Hospital School of Radiologic Technology in 1996. She then attended The Institute of Ultrasound Diagnostics in Mobile, AL in 1998. Becky is currently a registered sonographer with the ARDMS. She is also credentialed with the NTQR for nuchal translucency. Becky is a Medical Sonographer III and has been with SIU since 2003.
	Nicki Nattier, BS, RDMS Sonographer Nicki has a Bachelors Degree in Radiological Sciences with a specialization in Ultrasound from Southern Illinois University Carbondale. She has been a registered ultrasonographer since her graduation in 2003. Nicki has been with SIU since 2005.
	Jill McLean Sonographer Jill obtained her Associates Degree in Radiological Sciences from Lincoln Land Community College in 2002. She completed the Ultrasound Program at SIU Carbondale in 2003. She worked at Memorial Medical Center for four years and has been with SIU since 2007.
	Holly Grider, BS, RDMS Sonographer Holly has a Bachelors Degree in Radiological Sciences with a specialization in Ultrasound from Southern Illinois University in Carbondale. She has been a registered sonographer since her graduation in 2006 and has ARDMS certifications in Abdomen and OB/GYN. Holly has been with SIU since May of 2010.
	Jacki Patterson, BS, RDMS Sonographer Jacki has a Bachelors Degree in Radiological Sciences with a specialization in Ultrasound from Southern Illinois University in Carbondale. She has been a registered sonographer since her graduation in 2008. Jacki has been with SIU since December 2010.

Loretta has an Associate's Degree from Robert Morris University in Springfield. She has been an SIU employee since 1982 and in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology since 1995.
