Children's Miracle Network
(CMN)
Children's Miracle Network (CMN) is a national fundraising
organization that works with local medical facilities across
the country to raise money for children's healthcare programs.
CMN also helps families find the help they need for their
seriously ill children.
The local CMN, in partnership with SIU School of Medicine, raises funds for St. John's Children's Hospital. The Children's Hospital treats over 50,000 area children each year.
CMN assists children with all types of afflictions - cancer,
heart and muscular diseases, pre-maturity, cerebral palsy,
AIDS and accident victims. We pride ourselves on treating
the whole child and providing care regardless of a family's
ability to pay.
The
SIU School of Medicine holds fundraisers to benefit Children's Miracle Network throughout the year. Faculty, staff, and friends participate and make these events successful. The following are CMN fundraising events to look for at the SIU School of Medicine:
