How do I get an email account?

• Medical Students: These are done en masse. Check with Student Affairs if there is a problem.
• Residents: These are also done en masse and distributed at the Residents' Orientation. Check with your department's LAN administrator (some departments have their own e-mail servers and have special set-ups required)
• Employees/faculty/others: These requesters should check with their department's LAN administrator.

What if I forget my password?

• You will need to appear in person with a picture ID.
• Check first with your departmental LAN adminstrator.
