Employees of the Month - 2009
This award is designed to recognize the outstanding contributions of the School's approximately 950 civil service employees. Employees receiving this honor are treated to lunch with the Dean, receive a certificate recognizing this achievement, are invited to the annual recognition luncheon, have their photograph taken to hang in the Dean's Lobby and are eligible to be named Civil Service Employee of the Year!

| Janice's nominator said, "Jan is the initial contact for student applicants when they arrive for an interview. She makes potential and current students feel welcome the minute they walk in the door. She is also willing to assist everyone in the office, no matter what the project." |

Diane's nominator said, "Diane is always helpful to everyone who approaches her. She helped a fellow employee in a different department to learn the vouchering system and other computer applications specific to the School of Medicine. She truly cares about each person and the School's mission." |
