Credit Unions

Membership in one of three credit unions is available to all SIU School of Medicine (SIU-SM) employees. This membership may be for a primary direct-deposit account or as a secondary account through payroll deduction.

All three credit unions offer direct deposit or payroll deduction for savings, checking and loan accounts. They also offer online banking services. Contact each credit union regarding its individual amenities offered to its members.

Employees need to set up an account(s) directly with the Credit Union. Employees may obtain a payroll deduction authorization form from HR/Benefits Services. The completed form is submitted to HR/Benefit Services for processing. Only one payroll deduction is allowed for a credit union withholding.
