Interlibrary Loan and Document Delivery Fee Schedule

Loan of book No charge $11 per book
Photocopy $11 per document, plus $.25 per page over 15 pages $11 per document, plus $.25 per page over 15 pages.
Express Service
(Includes overnight

within 24 hours
of request and
all fax services) 		$4 per document, plus above photocopy fee (if app.) and actual overnight delivery charges, if incurred $4 per document, plus above photocopy fee (if app.) and actual overnight delivery charges, if incurred

These fees also apply to unaffiliated health professionals who request documents through the Loansome Doc component of Pub Med. Documents not available from the SIU Medical Library collection and supplied from another library will incur a $20.00 flat fee.

NOTE: The above fees do not apply to institutions functioning under reciprocal agreements with the Southern Illinois University School of Medicine Library. Reciprocal institutions include other SIU campuses, affiliated hospitals, I-Share members, and other libraries with individual written reciprocal document delivery agreements.
