Changing the Face of Medicine: Celebrating America's Women Physicians

The Medical Library is hosting the traveling exhibit: Changing the Face of Medicine, in conjunction  with the Illinois State Library and the St. John's Hospital Health Sciences Library. 

The exhibit will be mounted in the Medical Library from March 31 through May 12 and is open to the public.  Featuring six panel displays and two interactive kiosks, the exhibit celebrates the contributions and achievements of America's women physicians and also addresses the prejudices and discrimination faced by them.  The traveling exhibit was developed by the National Library of Medicine (NLM).
