NUTRITIONAL
TIPS:

3 meals per day. Snack only if truly hungry.

No liquid calories such as soda, juice, cappucinos, creamy
coffee or smoothie drinks, creamer and sugar and any other
high calorie beverages.

Drink Water!! At least 64 fluid ounces per day (unless
directed otherwise per medical advisement)

Don't eat out more than 2 times per week.

Pack your own lunch and 'arm' yourself with a balanced meal!

Get moving...stretch, walk, lift some weights, practice yoga,
or just deep breathing.

Think of fruit, sugar free yogurt, or calorie free beverages
as dessert.

Fat free does not mean calorie free or even calorie reduced.
