WHAT IS COMP?

The COMP clinic is the Comprehensive Weight Management Program at SIU. This is a multidisciplinary program developed at SIU that allows for a comprehensive evaluation and management of obesity and its associated complications. The program offers a variety of effective treatment options and these include dietary therapy approaches, altering physical therapy patterns, behavior therapy techniques, pharmacotherapy, surgery and a combination of these techniques.
