Southern Illinois University School of Medicine is seeking a full time faculty position for Assistant/Associate Professor of Clinical Internal Medicine in the Department of Internal Medicine, Division of Medicine and Psychiatry. In addition to patient care, position will be actively involved in teaching programs including a combined Medicine – Psychiatry residency program. Opportunities for clinical service, research and teaching activities exist on individual interests. Production based clinical compensation offers salary competitive with private practice. Minimum Qualifications: Graduate of accredited medical school program; Board certified in Internal Medicine; Board certified/Board eligible in General Adult Psychiatry, licensure in State of Illinois or eligible for such. This position has been designated as security sensitive and employment is contingent upon the results of a background investigation.
