We have partnered with St. John's Hospital's Connect Regional Transfer Center to host our consult, referral, and transfer process, effective 10/17/11. This telephone line provides around the clock access to one of the SIU GI/Liver specialists, and will allow for a seamless process for both GI/Liver consults and transfers throughout the Region.

For access to all GI/Liver services at SIU, please call Connect at 888-544-6464 and you will be transferred to the on-call specialist. Should your patient require a transfer, Connect can assist with all aspects of the transfer and will also confirm the patient's safe arrival. At discharge a complete summary will be provided to both the transferring physician and the patient's primary care physician.
