Appointments
The SIU International Travel/Immunizations Clinic is held the second and fourth Tuesdays of each month from 2:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m..
To schedule an appointment, call us at (217) 545-8970 during normal business hours, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. A completed questionnaire is required prior to an appointment being assigned.
You can also e-mail us at vcopple@siumed.edu. We will make every effort to return phone messages and e-mails the same day.
