The importance of writing clearly must not be underestimated. Some admissions committees report that among candidates who meet minimum admissions criteria, factors other than GPA and entrance exam scores are more important to the committee than those numbers combined. One of the other criteria specifically mentioned is the personal comment section of the health professional application.
