From the north or south via Interstate 55: Take exit 98-B (Clear Lake Ave.) and proceed west on Clear Lake, which becomes Jefferson St. At 1 st St. turn right and proceed to Carpenter. Turn left on Carpenter and proceed to Rutledge. Turn right on Rutledge and SIU Clinics are on the left.
From the east via Route 54: Route 54 becomes Sangamon Avenue in Springfield; left at Dirksen Parkway to Clear Lake Avenue; right on Clearl Lake, which becomes Jefferson Street, to 1st Street; right on 1st to Carpenter; left on Carpenter to Rutledge; right on Rutledge; SIU Clinics on the left.
From the north via Route 29: Continue on Rte. 29 into Springfield, when it becomes J. David Jones Parkway, then Walnut St. From Walnut, turn left at Carpenter, then left at Rutledge
From the West via I-72: Exit 93 (Springfield-Chatham) Route 4; left on Route 4, which becomes Veterans Parkway, to Jefferson, which becomes Madison Street, to 1st Street; left on 1st to Carpenter; left on Carpenter to Rutledge; right on Rutledge; SIU Clinics on the left.
From the east via Route 29: Turn right at Dirksen Parkway and proceed to Clear Lake Ave. Turn left at Clear Lake (which becomes Jefferson St.) and continue to 1 st St. Turn right at 1 st and continue to Carpenter . Turn left at Carpenter, then right at Rutledge.
From the West via Route 97: Route 97, becomes Jefferson Street in Springfield; Jefferson, which becomes Madison Street, to 1st Street; left on 1st to Carpenter; left on Carpenter to Rutledge; right on Rutledge; SIU Clinics on the left.
From the east via Interstate 72: Take 1-72 into Springfield, which becomes Clear Lake Ave. Proceed on Clear Lake, which becomes Jefferson St., to 1 st St. Turn right at 1 st and continue to Carpenter . Turn left at Carpenter and continue to Rutledge, then turn right.
From the south via Route 4: Route 4 becomes Veterans Parkway in Springfield; right at Jefferson Street, which becomes Madison Street, to 1st Street; left on 1st to Carpenter; left on Carpenter to Rutledge; right on Rutledge; SIU Clinics on the left.
