Sajjad Mueed, MD is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Neurology at SIU School of Medicine and SIU HealthCare. He is also Director of the Stroke Center at Memorial Medical Center. Dr. Mueed is a neurologist who specializes in stroke electrodiagnostic studies and sleep medicine.
Dr. Mueed earned his medical degree at Quaid-e-Azam Medical College in Bahawalpur, Pakistan. He completed his residency in neurology, a fellowship in epilepsy and clinical neurophysiology and a second fellowship in stroke and cerebrovascular disease, all at Southern Illinois University School of Medicine in Springfield, Illinois.
