Dr. Gina Bell has joined the faculty at Southern Illinois University School of Medicine as an assistant professor of family and community medicine, specializing in obstetrics and gynecology.  She also is a member of SIU HealthCare, the medical school’s practice group.  She will practice at SIU HealthCare Quincy Family Medicine.

Previously, she held an appointment at Clinton Memorial Hospital in Wilmington, Ohio (2009-11).  She formerly was assistant professor of obstetrics and gynecology and a Women’s Health Research Scholar at the University of Cincinnati (2007-09).

Bell completed an obstetrics and gynecology residency at SIU School of Medicine in Springfield (2007).  She earned her doctorate at Finch University of Health Sciences at Chicago Medical School (2003).
