Dr. Gary M. Rull has joined the faculty at Southern Illinois University School of Medicine as an assistant professor of internal medicine. [Note: He has since been promoted to associate professor.]

Rull completed his internal medicine residency at SIU School of Medicine (2001) followed by a year as chief medicine resident for SIU. He earned his bachelor's degree summa cum laude at Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville (1992) and his medical degree with honors at SIU School of Medicine in Springfield (1998).

He is board certified in internal medicine. He is a member of the American College of Physician and Alpha Omega Alpha National Medical Honorary Society.
