Dr. Milbrandt joined the Division of Orthopaedics and Rehabilitation in 2005 bringing with him extensive experience in clinical research methodology including oversight and administration of industry-sponsored and investigator-initiated clinical trials.  Dr. Milbrandt has overseen the Clinical Trials Office in the Department of Surgery while overseeing the Resident research activities within the Division.  Dr. Milbrandt was recently appointed to the position of Associate Director within the newly established Center for Clinical Research at SIU School of Medicine.
