SIU Med School to Hold Job Fair in Springfield

Job opportunities for clinical support staff will be discussed at a job fair 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, June 10, at Southern Illinois University School of Medicine in Springfield. The job fair is open to the public without charge and will be held at 327 W. Calhoun, on the north end of the medical school’s campus along Rutledge Street in Springfield.

Department representatives will be on hand to talk to applicants about jobs such as clinic receptionists, medical records clerks, appointment schedulers/operators, account technicians, medical insurance specialists and collection specialists. Information about employment benefits and employment counselors will be available.
