    Tips for Constipation

    Constipation may be caused by:

    Prenatal vitamins
    Body changes during pregnancy
Try these helpful hints!
  • Use the toilet regularly
  • Drink lots of fluids…water is best!
  • Try some fruit juice (prune, grape, apple)
  • Eat fresh fruits and vegetables
  • Eat high fiber foods
