Iron Power !!!

Pregnant women need extra iron. You can help by eating foods high in iron. Your doctor may ask you to take an iron pills during your pregnancy if your iron level is low.

Food Sources of Iron

Meat and Meat substitutes

  • Meat
  • Liver
  • Peanut butter
  • Dried beans
  • Egg yolk
