Tips for Morning Sickness

  1. Stay hydrated. Drink 8-10 cups of water per day.
    Try carrying a sports bottle of water and sipping on it through the day.
  2. Quit smoking and stay away from others who do.
  3. Try small, frequent meals to reduce nausea.
  4. During a crisis, eat what sounds good.
  5. Try lying down for a few minutes after a meal.
  6. Call your physician if you are unable to keep fluids down for one day.
