Food Guide During Pregnancy

Eat a variety of foods from each of the following food groups every day. Limit sweets, soda, and sugared drinks.

Milk and Milk Products

3-4 (8oz) servings
Lean meat, poultry, fish, eggs, cheese, dried beans, peas,
lentils, tofu, seeds, nuts, and peanut butter
8 oz total
Vegetables (dark green/orange) 3 or more servings
Fruits (include 1 citrus) 3 or more servings
Whole-grain breads, cereals, noodles, rice, and pasta 6-11 servings
