• Review of Survey Data:  not discussed.
• Technology Fair:  It was suggested that, in addition to outside vendors, SIU faculty and staff demonstrate software and hardware already available at the School of Medicine.  After discussing several potential schedules and logistics, it was decided to hold the fair once a month as a noon-hour brown bag sessions at the same time on both campuses, using videoconferencing.  It was suggested that the sessions be held on Tuesdays to take advantage of the plane between Carbondale and Springfield.
• Assessment Software Criteria:  A preliminary set of criteria was distributed for review and several vendors were briefly mentioned.  It was suggested that a survey be developed and distributed to all curriculum committees to obtain further data.
• Interaction with Other Committees:  not discussed.
• The next meeting of the subcommittee is scheduled for Tuesday, December 4, from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. in the Lindsay Conference Room in Springfield and Lindegren 310 in Carbondale.
