| The SIU Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a confidential counseling and referral service designed to help employees
and their dependents with a wide range of personal problems. The program
is provided by Magellan
Behavioral Health and provides free, confidential and professional counseling to help employees and their dependents resolve personal problems, which may affect their health, personal well being, or job performance.
