JOB SUMMARY:
Surveillance,
investigation and evaluation of cancer and cancer-related disease in
Illinois with an emphasis on rural areas; Plan and deliver
curriculum offerings in epidemiology; Develop and conduct an active
research program in cancer epidemiology
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
1. PhD in
epidemiology or related field or MD/MD-MPH with demonstrated
epidemiology research
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Knowledge of
cancer epidemiology
2. Multi-disciplinary
research experience
3. Evidence of
external funding
4. Experience in
design and management of epidemiologic data systems
