Provides direct
patient care at the Carbondale Family and Community Medicine
facility; Provides medical care for students and faculty from Benton
and West Frankfort School Districts on the mobile medical clinic,
along with providing clinical support for patient education programs
and wellness education for students, families and staff of Benton
and West Frankfort School Districts; Teaching/mentoring students in
the SIU Physician Assistant Program |

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: |

1. Graduate of an
accredited Physician Assistant training program
2. Licensure in the
State of Illinois as a Physician Assistant |
