Nazia Kulsum-Mecci, M.D., is an Assistant Professor of Pediatrics at SIU School of Medicine and a member of the SIU HealthCare group practice.  Dr. Kulsum-Mecci completed her fellowship in Pediatric Nephrology at the Childrens’ Hospital at Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri.  Her residency was completed at State University of New York Downstate Medical Center, Brooklyn, New York and her medical education at Bangalore Medical College and Research Institute in Bangalore, India.  Dr. Kulsum-Mecci is board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and is a member of American Society of Nephrology, American Transplant Society and Karnataka Medical Council, India.  Dr. Kulsum-Mecci is licensed in the States of Illinois and Georgia.
