Q.
I am faculty and my spouse is a staff scientist. How should I register?
A.
Register yourself and your spouse separately. Make sure to mention
the name of your spouse in the roommate section.
Q.
I would like to bring a guest (spouse) who is NOT a scientist. How should
I register?
A.
Select a private room option. Additional $30 will provide meals (dinner,
breakfast, lunch and refreshments) for the non-scientist guest.
Q.
I am a staff scientist and I would like to bring my spouse who is a graduate
student, my mother and two kids age (one 14 years old and the other under
12). How should I register?
A.
Register yourself ($25) and your graduate student spouse ($20 ) separately.
Be sure to list the name of your spouse in the roommate section.
You should pay a $30 guest fee for your mother and 14 year old ($30 x 2
= $60 additional). You do not have to pay the $30 guest fee for the
12 year old. If you have any special needs or require an additional
room for you family, please contact and we will try to accommodate your
request.

I am a graduate student and I would like to share a room with my classmate.
How should I register?
A.
Register yourself and your classmate separately, and list the name of your
classmate in the roommate section.
Q.
I would like to have regular registration, which means I have to share
a room. How can I find a roommate?
A.
If you do not indicate the name of your roommate, we will find a
match.
