SIU Physicians & Surgeons is the medical practice group of the Southern Illinois University School of Medicine. Most of our medical clinics are located in Springfield, Illinois. To schedule appointments and consultations, call 217-545-8000.

SIU Call Center representatives are available from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, to assist you in scheduling an appointment or a consultation with our physicians. The more than 220 full-time physicians and other medical professionals who are affiliated with the School offer primary care and a variety of specialized diagnostic and treatment services, many of which are not available elsewhere in central and southern Illinois.
