ABSTRACT

The purpose of this study was to develop a screening technique to identify potentially successful coders of videotaped behavioral observation data. Five selected 16PF personality inventory factors entered into a discriminant function analysis were found to correctly classify 85% of reliable vs. non-reliable coders.
