Radmila Bogdanich has more than 30 years of experience in health care
administration and is responsible for the operations, recruitment and financial affairs of the Department of Psychiatry. She has received many awards recognizing her leadership and outstanding accomplishments and has also served on national, statewide and local boards. Radmila is committed to
striving for excellence and was instrumental in bringing the continuous quality improvement initiative to the Department and then to the school. Under her
leadership, Department staff work closely as a team, continually striving for excellence, as they provide top quality services to the department's many customers. All staff are valued as important members of the team and are respected for their knowledge and individual contributions. Together, they create a strong and unified foundation, which enables the Department to function smoothly in an atmosphere of camaraderie and mutual respect.
