Clinical Offerings Administrative and Consultation Services The Division of Developmental Disabilities does provide administrative and consultative services for residential centers. Currently, the division provides psychiatric consultative services to the Jacksonville Developmental Center in Jacksonville Illinois, The Hope School in Springfield Illinois and Brother James Court (ICF/DD) in Springfield Illinois.
