About

Chad A. Noggle, PhD, ABPP-CN, ABN, is an Associate Professor and Chief of the Division of Clinical Psychology at SIU School of Medicine.  He completed a BA in Psychology from the University of Illinois at Springfield with high honors and completed his MA and PhD at Ball State University with specialization in Clinical Neuropsychology.  Dr. Noggle went on to complete a post-doctoral residency at the Indiana Neuroscience Institute at St. Vincent’s Hospital with specialization in Clinical Neuropsychology.  He has published extensively in neuropsychology along with giving national and international presentations within the field.  For his contributions to the field, Dr. Noggle was named as a Fellow of the National Academy of Neuropsychology as well as a Fellow of the American College of Professional Neuropsychology.  Dr. Noggle is board certified in Clinical Neuropsychology through the American Board of Professional Psychology and the American Board of Professional Neuropsychology.  His clinical work covers much of the lifespan (ages 5 – 99+).  Dr. Noggle sees patients with developmental disorders, ADD/ADHD, learning disabilities, concussion/TBI, seizures/epilepsy, movement disorders, brain tumors, demyelinating diseases, neurodegenerative processes and dementia, psychiatric manifestations, and cognitive outcomes stemming from other medical issues.
