At the end of the Psychiatry Clerkship, students will be asked to provide an
assessment of the clerkship and rate the quality of their experiences. 
Online forms are used and these forms include:

• Student Assessment of Clinical Supervision
• Student Assessment of Seminars/Presentations
• Student Evaluation of Psychiatry Clerkship

The data generated is anonymous and not provided to faculty until final
performance evaluations are submitted to the Office of Student Affairs.
