1) Student must pass all CCX's on final exam.

2) Student must receive "Excellent" on non-cognitive skills. In order to
achieve this, the student must submit an additional paper on substance
use disorder topic.

3) Student must score an 83 or above on NBME. Score is determined by
NBME's recommendation based on previous year national scores.

4) Student should have no Unprofessional Evaluations. If there is an
Unprofessional Evaluation, the decision for student receiving Honors will
be left to the Clerkship Director's discretion.

5) Receiving a 1 or 2 on any Final Clerkship Evaluation may preclude receiving
honors.
