TERM LIFE INSURANCE: Provided in an amount equal to the resident's
gross annual salary.

THREE WEEKS VACATION/SICK LEAVE
PROFESSIONAL DUES: Membership dues for the AAFP and IAFP.
EDUCATIONAL LEAVE: One week per year.
MOVING EXPENSES: $2,500
YMCA MEMBERSHIP: Family or individual membership to the YMCA
CHIEF RESIDENT: Additional $2,500 salary.
LAB COATS: Three lab coats provided for each resident.
*The program may require that the resident use a small portion of the $2,000
educational reimbursement for mandatory educational experienees (ie, ACLS,
PALS, etc.)
