| Phil is a graduate of Culver Stockton where he recieved a BS in biology and received his D.O. degree from Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine. Phil is joined by his wife, Ellen. He enjoys sports of all kinds including biking and games. Phil also enjoys reading. | |
