(If not a zip file, when asked to download the file and save it to a file, choose your pocket pc my documents folder. If the program is a Zip file, the easiest way to download is hook up pocket pc, download applet into folder onto desktop. Copy the file, Go into ActiveSync program, hit explore button and past into my documents.
